• For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and beauty products are non-refundable.

3. REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and it meets our refund criteria, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned back to the  original payment method you used.
